Creative exploration through art, drama, movement and music.
Exploration, learning and developing ones own personality can be real fun when experimented through creativity. The workshop provides a platform for teens to explore a creative and fun-filled approach to learning about self. The participants will be engaged in interactions with visual arts, dramatic acts, movements and musical experience for a 3 day journey towards a renewed understanding of SELF. The experience intends to increase self awareness, enhance/ channel self expression, develop healthy self image and identify their real essence.
The workshop will be facilitated by Creative Movement Therapy Practitioners – Preethi Rajagopalan and Janavi Ananthapadmanabhan.
